“Overall, our experience with Nichelle has been amazing. She's definitely a pro at what she does. She is detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator. She brought her photographer in and took amazing photos the first time. While some realtors take 50 photos, she only had less than 20 photos posted for our house, but each shot was exquisite. It really highlighted the features of the house. You do not need 50 photos of a house especially when people scroll through so many houses on real estate websites. In turn, our house sold in less than 10 days. We sold it for a good price both buyers and sellers are happy with. Also Nichelle knows many supporting "team members" like a mortgage lender. Our first mortgage lender did not approve of our terms. We asked Nichelle if she knew someone. I'm glad to have worked with the mortgage lender she suggested. She's also very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Nichelle again for future endeavors. A good realtor is worth their weight in gold."
