Hello, I’m in California and I’m looking to acquire a few rental properties in Houston but am unsure on which neighborhoods I should be focusing on. My goal is to have passive income through cash flow properties. Im interested in either multi family with the maximum of 4 units (less is fine) or SFR 3/2. Are there any realtors here that has delt specifically with out of state investors? Any zip codes you recommend I should be looking at? \n\nI would prefer staying around the 150k range for SFR.
