Have you ever had another realtor try to keep your lockbox until debris is picked up?

Home closed, his buyer changed locks same afternoon, realtor got lockbox with doorknob, said he won\'t give back untill small pile of debris picked up. Debris pick up was not in writing or any part of contract, verbal from seller to have his yard man pick it up.

No, never. She/he can\'t do that. Email them and demand it back so there is a record. Feel free to Cc their broker. ;)
