We are new to the Houston area and Ken was a godsend. He made himself available to us practically 24/7, answered questions we had that were completely unrelated at times, stayed transparent and open with us, and was always willing to give honest feedback about neighborhoods and homes. We were pretty picky and he never became impatient or irritated with us. Ken has extensive experience and knowledge, and it definitely shows. If he couldn't answer a question with utmost confidence, he knew someone who could and would get them on the phone as soon as he could. Best of all, through this whole process, Ken was super fun to be around and made it a much better overall experience. He's a great guy and will keep the experience from seeming overwhelming and stressful. He refused to see us settle on homes that were less than what we wanted and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way even past our closing date.
