Property Management or Realtor?

Property Management. Actually there was a post that Realtors can be Property Managers, and that is not the case. In order to transact in the act of Property Mgt., you have to be a Broker,and a trust account has to be in place. No realtor can say they are a PM, accept money, etc.

How long is a reasonable amount of time to wait to hear from listing agent on an a conventional offer?

Before I submit an offer I always CALL the listing agent FIRST to see “if they have any other interests that they know of on the house.” \nOur buyers in my opinion deserve to know that in case they are not going to be in first position and there is a possibility of a multi- offer situation. I ask the Listing agent what they think will be a reasonable time for a response back and then submit the offer. Lines of communication need to be 100% open on both sides at all times, if possible. I fully realize sometimes that is easier said than done.
