Where can I purchase E & O insurance?

Just about any insurance company is able to provide E&O.

If I'm a new real estate agent what would my start up costs be?

Yes your costs will change based on when you join the associations and what broker you join etc. I would plan on about $1,000-1,500.

Hi,How to get listing and comission in another state

If you are not licensed in that state you can find a co-op agent in that area and have them take the listing in their name and pay you a referral fee. I have done that many times and depending on how much work each agent is going to be doing will determine the referral fee.
