Where can find the form of Notice to a Purchaser of Real Property in a Water Distric

I just listed a property in MUD, so I wasn't able to find the Notice of purchaser on their website. I called that MUD, they told me that I had to call their attorney. Seriously. I asked for their attorney's name. They didn't know the name. Then I was told to go to www.hcmud---.org. Put the number of the mud after mud. That's well I found it. For example, www.hcmud3--.org. and there it was under documents. I hope this helps.
