We already have the pre-qualified sheet and are ready to look at houses. So far the only looking we have done has been on har. We have also been looking at hud homes and are very interested in them so we would need someone who would be qualified to do that. Our amount would have to be 95k and under. I know that's not a lot to work with but hopefully we will be able to find something. We are looking for a 3b 2b at least 1400 sqft. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
