We were successful in making an offer on our second day there and the initial paperwork was done in a few hours and long before we were on the plane home the next day. When a last-minute significant issue that would have delayed closing due the next working day occurred, Emily got us a no cost leaseback so we could still move in on the day we should have closed. This gave us peace of mind as we were moving 1500 miles with two infants in tow. Emily stayed on top of the seller's agent to ensure the issue was resolved and we are delighted with our purchase.
