Andrew is very responsive and got us all the information on potential homes within hours of request. He did a great job getting us the right comps so we can make competitive offers then negotiated us substantial discounts and upgrades. During closing he kept us up to date every step of the way and took care of any questions from the seller, lender and title company. There were a few hiccups from the seller during closing and Andrew came up with a solution to satisfy all parties. He did a ton of leg work to make sure the issues were resolved and closing was not delayed. Andrew went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier with his service.
