By automating routine tasks, delegating responsibilities, and clearly defining work hours, you can create pockets of personal time for self-care and family. The key lies in prioritization; not every deal or client query demands immediate attention. How are you navigating the balancing act between immediate client needs and personal well-being, especially in the competitive Houston market?

There are a few things that come to mind. 1) Think about getting an assistant or a Transaction coordinator. If you aren't ready to shell out $35-60K for an assistant the TC route is amazing. They will handle your deals contract to close. Which can save you 3-18 hours a file. 2) Think about managing time better. Set certain times in the day where you only do x,y,z. 3) Take less clients. That might mean less overall, or less clients that are further away. I personally have started taking less buyers unless they are hyper local and I will only take 2 that are actively looking at a time right now. So most of my business is geared towards sellers, since that puts me working behind the computer instead of driving around town with buyers.
