Does anyone know of any first time home buyer grants Delete I have a couple of buyers that have been pre approved but they keep asking about first time home buyer grants, can anyone refer me a lender that offers this program? Thank you in advance.

I have found that most lenders don't like to work with these type or programs. As they require a lot more than a traditional loan. I have worked with the GRP Group they specialize in these programs and also have a training class for agents https://www.grplending.com/. Hope this information is helpful.
