I call everyone I know often. I work out with realtor attire. I walk with realtor attire. I shop with realtor attire. I am no secret agent. Everyone that sees me knows I love real estate and so often it starts a great conversation . Of course a farm area is important. Postcards are great. You need 6 touches a month but open houses can also be a touch. Good Luck !
