“Eric Beelers experience and professionalism shined throughout the process. We actually met Eric by accident at an open house he was hosting, and he gave us tons of extremely valuable information, long before we agreed for him to be our real estate agent. When we were ready to start looking for our house, Eric was there, driving us through the neighborhoods he knew wed love. He set us up with an auto-mailer that showed us all the homes that fit our parameters (more advanced than the consumer-facing filter) and showed us probably 10-15 houses. When we put in offers, he walked us through the process and let us know where we could make our offers more attractive. He gave us amazing advice and was an absolute database of information in terms of values, appraisals, and any other of the million questions we had.
