“Ashli has helped me bay and renovate two properties and lease one of them! The first house we bought was a 1950s ranch house in Oak Forest. It was ALL original and Ashli helped me see a vision for it. With her help and industry knowledge, I was able to renovate the home within 3 months of closing (plumbing, electrical, floors, paint, added a bathroom, redid the kitchen, etc). We were able to turn it into the perfect house for us without breaking our budget. We found out we had to move to Dallas for work and when I consulted Ashli she helped me decide between selling and leasing the house.
