Hello everybody. We went under contract with a conventional loan third party financing addendum. Then client decided to go with a VA loan because of the lower interest rate. Now I need to modify this in the contract .What form do I use to make this amend , make this "switch" from Conventional to VA loan ? Thank you

According to the third-party financing on paragraph 2 Approval of Financing. As long as you obtain financing within the time frame stated you are ok. I personally would go the extra mile and inform all parties by email therfore if lender/Title would like an amendment it can be supplied. Since VA loans don't need a down payment sometimes they ask for an amendment that reflects that. If a wavier of appraisal was included with your conventional loan than you would have to have an amendment do address the terms that were agreed upon.
