Agreed! Don''t overshare-but some clients (if you''re friends with them on social media) like to see their home and share it for their friends, so it can be beneficial in some cases. I too think the easiest think is copying and pasting the URL link (I find the app, and sharing the listing by copying the link is the easiest and quickest way to do this). Hopefully this helps! My clients wanted their house for Lease and also for sale if possible. When I edit the MLS list for lease, it also has "Also for Sale" check mark to check and its price. After I filled in that part, do I still need to list this house in a new MLS for sale also? Please assist/advise. Thanks.

I would also recommend alerting the agents in agent remarks as to the fact that it has two listings-so that we can check to see any status changes. Thanks!
