We met Scott at an open house and appreciated his demeanor and honesty. Even though that particular house wasn’t for us, we found another house in the same neighborhood and had Scott represent us as a buyer’s agent for the transaction. He had our best interests in mind when he worked with us to put in an offer for it and had several good suggestions, which we included in the offer. We had many questions, being relatively new to the area, and he took the time to understand our concerns and address them promptly. Scott was also able to help supply us with the right professionals to address some of the items we wanted taken care of on the property after the closing.
