10/10. Melinda made our entire home-buying experience enjoyable, smooth, and ultimately possible. My wife and I were out of state when we started looking at homes and Melinda coordinated with us to see several homes remotely which ultimately led to the house we purchased. We absolutely could not have done it without her. Melinda walked us through the entire process, made recommendations personal to our needs, listened to our concerns, had a wide range of real estate knowledge, displayed a high standard of professionalism, and helped us optimize the home of our dreams. We are truly grateful for the help she gave us.
