“We had been working with an agent we loved, and had been actively looking to buy for several years before purchasing our current home. During that timeframe we attended a number of open houses, submitted multiple offers and met many competent local agents; however, Kate stood out. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the market and the particulars of her listing(s),but answered our questions respectfully; never misrepresenting the property or disregarding any concerns we expressed (i.e. location, layout, etc.). Honestly before we met Kate, We were very nervous getting into the process and weren’t sure if we should make such a big decision without knowing how things work in the country.
