I have never dealt with a realtor that had her unique area knowledge, patience, professionalism or hustle. We bought a home on Tiki in October 2019, finding the home was the part was easy, it’s what happens between contract and closing that separates Jacki from her peers. Our closing was a little more complicated because we needed to re-plat lots, Jacki led us through the process and made something that felt daunting seem simple. The buyer’s realtor essentially disappeared after the contract was signed, so Jacki picked up their slack as well. We were on a very tight timeline between getting the replat done and our closing date and just to spice things up TS Imelda decided to throw us a curve ball and hit Galveston. To ensure that we closed on time and had no hiccups, Jacki drove through the remnants of the storm to get our information filed with the county, so we could close on time.
