Worse place I have ever moved to. Manger in the office Christen or what ever her name is, is rude and disrespectful definitely shouldn’t be the face of the complex or maybe should because this place is full of water bugs, crickets, jumping spiders and a bunch of cob webs in the walk paths near your front door. They won’t come sweep them down. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. Inside your home there are cracks in the walls that they paint over before you move in then you tell maintenance and they say it’s the foundation shifting that they can only paint it which was a horrible solution if you ask me . Then I have had this big whole in my ceiling bathroom that they carved out due to a water leak upstairs bathroom that has been there since September 2024 that maintenance said that the manger is the one who they are waiting to have a specialist come and repair but that never happened and still waiting almost 4 months later and maintenance stated it’s the office who keep closing the request for maintenance. It’s a whole he say she say stuff but no one doing the job. I was told to call code enforcement due to the times I reach out to the office and request I put in but nothing is done. The office will communicate with you about everything under the sun but a solution that helps you. Also so you know parking is one car per unit and only up to 3 visitors visit a week. I was told twice that I had my package delivered to the office but I called the office and they stated that they don’t receive packages in the office but I never received the package each time they didn’t even attempt to see if it was delivered to their office at all so another lose on my end. I pay my rent as I should and I just haven’t liked my stay here at all. Besides the manager i mentioned above there are actually some decent agents in the office and who are very helpful which is much appreciated. The inside of the homes is nice but, for the amount I pay monthly they can at lest stay up on the maintenance and clean up the outside better .Just be advised before you move here.

Worst complex I have ever lived in! The first weekend I moved in we had tons of leakage issues and lots of mold, we stayed there about a month and a half, they could not figure out the leak and just painted over the mold, they then moved us to another unit but the rent went up. Now in the new unit the ac is not cooling, I have put in numerous work orders, handy man comes out and states it is the thermostat, then changes the thermostat. I give it about a week or so and it is still running non stop. Now I am getting almost $300 electric bills but they do not care, they do not have to pay them. I have stated numerous times it needs a new unit!! There is a ton of moisture in the apt causing mold build up. I put a request in and the maintenance put they completed it but never came by. They do not answer the phone or respond back to emails. I tried to go down to the office on Friday at about 5:30 and the door was locked and of course no answer. (They do not close until 6pm). Something has to be done!!

Phenomenal staff. Grounds look well kept. The apartments look magnificent even the classic ones. Being so close to the lake is one of the biggest reasons why I am considering it. They need to offer a military discount like some others do which is waive application & admin fee. That's what's keeping me from applying.

Had a great time looking and touring apartments with Priscilla help me a lot on the understanding of the area. Quiet amazing homie homes will absolutely leaving in my top ten.

I'm an 8yr resident, and I had a wonderful experience with Priscilla. Even though my issue isn't resolved, her compassion and empthy was so welcoming. Glad we finally have decent help in the office.
