After more than 20 years in the industry, Ray has launched a Real Estate Club, hosted a Successful Real Estate radio show for 7 years, had a television informational Real Estate show, has spoken at many Real Estate seminars, was featured in the Houston Business Journal, currently is a owner of HomeVestors of America franchise, and has been involved in an unprecedented 1,000 home closings.
"The past 20 years have been full of ups and some downs in the market, but each experience has helped me to grow and develop in my knowledge of the Real Estate industry," he said. "It is a great industry filled with challenges and exciting possibilities."
Ray proves that the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well as he explores different facets of the business. He has joined the BHGRE Gary Greene family as a residential Realtor and will concentrate on helping clients buy and sell houses.
"I have decided to shift my focus in the Real Estate industry, and have joined BHGRE Gary Greene after obtaining my realtor license," he said. "I have worked on closings on either the financing side as a mortgage loan officer or purchasing as an investment property to lease or flip. I feel that I have obtained skills along the way to help make transactions run smoothly educating my clients along the way. My attention to detail and organizational skills help assure clients that transactions go quickly and efficiently."
This family man, has learned, in his private life as well as his public life, the importance of staying focused and organized as well as a helpful teacher, and heading off issues before they become problems.
The definition of an entrepreneur is someone who organizes or operates a business or businesses taking on greater than normal risks. This is Ray, a man welcoming challenges, taking calculating risks to help make his clients' dreams come true.
