Is there a way to pull a list of homes in the unincorporated areas of Harris County only?

Question

The loan officer says that my client can only qualify for homes in unincorporated Harris County if she wants to use the MCC program to afford more house. I know the areas are Spring, Humble, Katy, & Cypress but there is a small portion of unincorporated area in Alief that I can’t seen to pinpoint.

Hi. On your Matrix Home Page, in the \"External Links\" section click on the ETJ Map link. The ETJ map is shaded to show where the city limits and the ETJ borders are. Keeping the ETJ map window open, switch back to Matrix single family search, and do a search for listings using a map search, create a map boundary that corresponds to the shaded areas outside of city limits that you find on the ETJ map. Compare the Matrix map of listing results pins to the ETJ map. Unfortunately within the map tool on Matrix, the \"layers\" do not include ETJ. You\'ll have to toggle between the ETJ map and the Matrix map of your home search results. Hope this helps. vm
