“Overall, Raquel did a great job. There was one property I found on my own that I told her about via text on a Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. It was a much smaller house, but was 300 less than What I pay now. She did not respond. When I asked about it on Monday, the property had already been rented. On the positive, When I was looking on my own, she offered to be my realtor. She showed me many, many properties and was very patient. She heard my concerns and responded to them personally. I highly recommend her.”

“The first thing that was off putting by this agent was that I scheduled a house tour using zillow and she just so happened to be in charge of giving the tour that day. However, when I arrived to tour the property she pulled out some paperwork saying I needed to sign before we could enter the house. My options were view multiple properties with her being the liaison on negotiating the deal so I could see the house for free or pay a 50 one time showing fee. It was very strange that she just ambushed me with the papers and didn t let me know about it ahead of time so I could read the full agreement of the contract. I ended up choosing the free option, but in reality I should have just walked away. Going further with her representing me, I found a property i expressed to her that I liked but wasn t very sure about it because it was missing some key elements. She was very persistent and texted me If you want this home, we have to do it today. They ve already received many applications so it will not last long. I felt rushed but I was also nervous that I wouldn t be able to find the perfect house and end up with even worse options if this one passed me up. I later on found out she bended the truth and there were barely any applications for the property nor was the property close to being contracted. Long story short, she was not very knowledgeable about the properties we visited, lacked patience and tried to rush me to sign on a property, and used manipulative tactics to trap me into buying a house with her.”
