The property was located 2.5 hours away, but that didn t stop Randi from being fully hands-on every step of the way. She personally met with all the inspectors, stayed on top of every detail, and even hand-delivered paperwork to the title company to ensure there were no delays. This wasn t a straightforward purchase the property was part of an estate that had been probated but not recorded, leading to several issues in the title report that needed to be resolved.
