He's very good at communicating with clients and explaining all the details thoroughly. If there are any issues that come up that he is unfamiliar with, he's really good at researching and communicating with his colleagues to find the answer. We have used him 4 different times - 3 for buying, and more recently for renting out a home. That process was foreign to me, but Randall guided us through every step and helped make each experience easy. He's also just a great person. I never once felt like he was urging us toward any particular direction to help him in the long run. He always let us make informed decisions. The home-buying process is already stressful so it's nice to have an agent who feels like a partner you can trust.”
