I’ve been looking at different apartment complexes in the area and this one definitely stood out to me. The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and informative. Latoya made sure to let me know that if I had any inquiries about the complex that she was more than welcomed to help to the best of her ability. Her customer service and support was excellent, her generosity made me feel comfortable, and her willingness/patience made me leave with a smile. Overalll, the apartments are great if you’re looking for cost effective housing for decent living. I will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Raintree Apartments in Baytown, Texas, and I can confidently say it’s an exceptional living experience. They offer a range of beautifully designed living spaces, from cozy one-bedrooms to spacious three-bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is incredibly convenient, just minutes away from I-10. What truly sets Raintree apart, however, is the amazing staff—they are extremely helpful, consumer-friendly, and welcoming, creating a clean, open, and genuinely positive experience from start to finish. Whether you're looking for comfort, convenience, or a vibrant community, Raintree Apartments truly delivers a stunning living experience.

Raintree Apartments was a wonderful place to tour, thanks in large part to the amazing staff. Latoya truly stood out for her generosity and genuine willingness to help whenever something was needed or a question was asked. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, supported, and valued. Her kindness and professionalism made visit enjoyable and I’m looking forward to hopefully calling this community my home.

We took a tour. They labeled their apartments as newly refurbished. However you could see the years of pain layers. They painted over dead roaches. Paint spots all over the floor. Just looked like lipstick on a pig. I know it's old but the only nice looking place is the office. The sidewalks are uneven.

The staff is extremely helpful, informative, and friendly especially Latoya. The apartments offer a decent living at a good price. I really liked that they come with washers and dryers and where they're located. I will update my review once I apply.
