Raevonne, originally from Minnesota, has called Houston, Texas home for the past 18 years. Growing up immersed in the world of McDonald's, she has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. With three children, one currently attending Texas Southern University, Raevonne prioritizes family and education. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Raevonne is a serial entrepreneur with a keen focus on all things real estate. She leads a successful real estate team and owns a construction company, specializing in selling properties for higher returns. Her passion lies in ensuring buyers enter transactions with minimal financial burden and are well-informed throughout the process. As a mentor, Raevonne has coached numerous investors to financial success, leveraging her extensive knowledge of the real estate market. She actively invests in real estate herself, consistently flipping double-digit properties annually and developing at least 10 properties per quarter. Beyond her personal ventures, Raevonne is dedicated to community development, spearheading projects in multiple cities to build fire stations, training facilities, and strip centers. Her ultimate goal is to leave behind a lasting legacy, passing on her wealth of knowledge and resources to her children. Despite facing health challenges such as a brain tumor and blood clots, Raevonne attributes her resilience and recovery to her faith, self-love, and the support of her family. Guided by her values of faith, family, self-love, and creating generational wealth, Raevonne remains committed to building a legacy that will endure for generations to come.
