I'm passionate about helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. As a residential agent based in Houston, I love introducing clients to the many different areas around Houston and the unique personalities of those areas.

My work has been recognized with several industry awards, including Master of Luxury, the Triple Diamond Award, Outstanding Customer Service, Culture Champion, and Ultimate Contributor.

Real estate isn't my first career. I spent 20 years as a personal fitness trainer and director, and also worked in sales for major technology companies, before building my real estate business. Those years taught me how to negotiate, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure — skills I lean on in every transaction. I still run my personal training business today alongside real estate, and the two feel more connected than you'd think: both are about showing up for people and getting real results.

I've also been on the other side of the table — I've sold homes, built a house from the ground up, and rented properties myself. Those experiences make me a genuinely empathetic advocate: I ask for my clients' input, share honest expert advice, and stay hands-on and forthcoming throughout, promptly answering questions and helping untangle confusing paperwork. That's what builds trust — and it's why so many of my client relationships last well beyond closing day.

What sets me apart is what happens when a deal doesn't go according to plan. I don't believe in just reporting bad news — I believe in fixing it. When a client's new-construction home wasn't going to be finished before her loan approval deadline, I spent days working the phones with the builder and sales team until we found and negotiated a replacement home in her budget, in time to close. She still talks about it — and that's exactly how I approach every deal.

In my spare time, I love to run, bike, and work out — and I'm always happy to point clients toward some of the best sports and fitness spots around Houston, too.
