3,124How can I find a Realtor who will be willing to do showings on Sunday's. Me and my husband are trying to get a house and we only have time together on Sunday's to see the houses.

Magic to my ears to hear a buyer say they "Need" a Realtor.... If only all buyers understood that they do in fact need a professional to help with the home buying process. I hope you have found that special person to assist you and are well on the way to home ownership.

Find an agent that not only works for your schedule but also is familiar with the area in which you want to live. I am available by appointment 7 days a week and work the North Houston area from Cypress to Kingwood.

Most Realtors work "by appointment only", and that can be meant to include appointments on Sundays.

I always work on the weekends and late afternoons, I know most of my buyers work and they are busy working the regular business hours. I understand that when it comes to buying a home its a family decision and not one persons decision. So I prefer both the spouses are looking at the homes at the same time so they can discuss the home, and see what works for them and what doesn't, such as commute, floor plans, schools, and other things relevant to them.

Believe it or not most realtors work on the weekends. I understand that everyone is busy working during the week and even on Saturday. Sundays is truly a more relaxed day, and you will enjoy looking at houses with out to worry about your schedule, and that is all a GOOD realtor wants for their clients.

Each Realtor will have their own of hours so contact a few and express the day that will work for your schedule. If you find a Realtor willing to show at times which work best with your schedule, then you should also find out if that Realtor is knowledgeable of the area of your interest. Interview several agents. They should let you know their hours. I don't typically work on Sundays as it's my time with my family. There are plenty of agents who do work Sundays. I bet you get several of them here. Just make sure you check them out and make sure they are the person for you.
