Only if you are licensed in that state to sale real estate. And if you are you'd also have to be a member of their local mls in order to put it on mls.

Find MLS, Data Coop, and RPR. All apart of your member dues at no additional cost.

You can look up listings in other states after you sign into HAR. Go to the Members portal page and look under the MLS tab and go to "Data Co-Op"
