Active means the property is available on the market now, and you can schedule showing with your agent, but always ask your agent to check the status before you schedule, some houses have already got multiple offers and won't allow any showings, but the status still shows" ACTIVE". Good Luck!

Active means the home is live on the MLS. It is currently available.
Ask your agent to provide the days on market as well as to contact the agent to make sure it is still actually available and not in negotiation with another buyer. In this market properties go so quickly.
