A lease less than 1 year is a very hard thing to come by in this market. But they can be had. Find a Realtor who will help you and work on your behalf and they should be able to find you something fast. Click on the link below to start your search for the right house.

Hi Deborah,

Six month lease options are out there and are becoming more common due to the swift pace of today's market. For one, many sellers have found themselves selling quickly with no where to move. Others are moving in to the area and want to get a feel for an area before purchasing.

Be prepared to pay a little more for a temporary 6 month lease.
