They are simple to add thru Matrix. Make sure you select "public" and not "broker" open houses. Also, it's best to do one at a time. I'd also recommend posting them at least 5 days in advance for better turn outs.

You can add them but let me caution you. Every time I have done that buyers show up trying to see the home that has a future date. Future dates on open homes still show up if you do “ open homes near me” so I stick to one week at a time. Plus you want to check the weather every week also.

On HAR enter Matrix (on tabs) select ("My Matrix") ("My Listings") then check the listing box you would like to ADD your Open House too and click ("edit") select ("add Open Houses") then under the Manage Open Houses section you can add your Open House information. Scroll to the bottom of the page to add multiple Open Houses.
Good luck with your Open Houses!

Enter matrix > on tabs select "My Matrix" > "My Listings" > check the listing box you'd like to add OH to and click "edit" > select "add open houses" under Manage Open Houses section you can add your OH information. If you're wanting multiple, scroll all the way down, and on the bottom right corner click "more."

Hope this helps!
