ABOUT PENNY Penny Clissold began her business career as President and CEO of a very successful Houston pest control firm. After 30 years of Sales, Marketing and Management Expertise, she parlayed that experience in the Real Estate Industry. When Penny began her real estate career, she immediately became a Top Producer for her firm. Her comprehensive marketing techniques and business skills allow her to extract maximum value for homeowners and consistently exceed the client's expectations where it counts. Penny became a Broker and opened up Penny ClisSOLD Properties. Her office located at 6434 Cypress Creek Parkway is in the front of Champions right off Champions drive and FM 1960. Her brokerage has a real estate bar where buyers can go and search for homes and get the inside scoop on whats happening with homes in the area. Although Penny would feel "at home" dealing in real estate from anywhere, at present her main focus is on homes for sale in Champions, Huntwick, Champions Park, Champions Park North, and Northwest Houston.

Penny prides herself on customer service. She believes the most important assets of a real estate agent are through research, creativity and the ability to "read between the lines". She is incredibly innovative, absolutely up-to-date with the latest technology and extremely well versed and knowledgeable about the current competitive real estate market. Though seemingly a simple idea, Penny believes that the art of finding the right house for the client is not always that easy. It requires intuition and understanding, qualities that Penny possesses. When she finds that prize property Penny is committed to negotiating the best price and terms for her client. Happily Married to her best friend and soul mate for over 30 years. Are you doing your buyer client a disservice when you agree to not send the seller\'s agent an inspection report at the seller\'s agent\'s request?

Not at all. There are many reasons a seller and their Realtor might not want it. First is they have to alter the sellers disclosure and provide report to anyone requesting it. Some inspectors do great jobs and it would not be so bad. However sometimes the reports are very inaccurate and seller should not have to change the disclosure if report is wrong. Also your buyer will probably get more things fixed if are not furious you sent it. Just screen shot items you are requesting and send along with amendment OR big loop hole send summery page only.

You can’t unless you are a realtor . If you are you just go into Matrix click on Add/Edit and upload it under virtual tours. You just copy paste the link and add it.

What is the difference between “Option Pending” and “Pending”

Option Pending means buyer can still back out. Once the option period is up it goes to Pending. Once it goes to pending the buyer can not walk away. It’s pretty much a done deal ,
