Not at all. There are many reasons a seller and their Realtor might not want it. First is they have to alter the sellers disclosure and provide report to anyone requesting it. Some inspectors do great jobs and it would not be so bad. However sometimes the reports are very inaccurate and seller should not have to change the disclosure if report is wrong. Also your buyer will probably get more things fixed if are not furious you sent it. Just screen shot items you are requesting and send along with amendment OR big loop hole send summery page only.
