Let's Take a Poll (Paperless or Not)?

I know the trend is moving more and more toward a paperless real estate environment like so many other industries. How do you handle your paperwork?

Without a doubt, paperless is better! We do have some clients however that prefer paper copies and come by the office to sign. We are happy to accommodate them but we file them electronically. Whenever possible, we cut out the paper.

Our team is trying as much as possible to move towards paperless. At this time we are still using paper but, much less than 2 years ago. To offset some waste we have recycle bins at every desk and by the printer. Once a month we take the recycle items to the local Pearland recycle center. They shred the paper while we are there. Not only does it cut down on our cost we fill well about doing something good for the planet.

Paperless! I am so happy that I decided to go paperless, no more boxes of files to hang on to. I use SureClose and I'm pretty happy with it.

By all means paperless. On a side-note, I faxed a letter yesterday. When was the last time you used a fax? After I found the fax (which is actually our scanner/copier), I had to ask for help. lol

And I assist Realtors and help them transition to a digital world by giving them practical advice and step-by-step help to get their mobile devices prepared for use with their clients. My office files are stored with SureClose, and I use DropBox and EverNote as a personal file cabinet for my documents, notes, and photos on each client and for the events and organizations I'm involved in. I can't live without ZipForms Mobile, DocuSign and IAnnotate, these are the heart and lungs of being a Paperless Realtor. Being paperless is not difficult. And, I am pledged to assist any Realtor who wants to go paperless tosetup their mobile devices and digital file folders. My door is always open, I love to share what I know with you. You are welcome to call on me for help any time.

One of my favorite quotes that sums up my approach to teaching and serving others is this, "The only deposits you make in life that matter are the ones you pt into the lives of others."

I wish you much success.

We are moving carefully and quickly into paperless and it is a bit scary for those of us that have depended on the FILE to make sure everything is completed. Imagine Realty International issues an iPad to our agents so they can go completely paperless if they choose, we use Backagent for storage so the agent can fill out the forms in zipform email to the client have then sign on the ipad with esignature, create a pdf send it to the client and drop it in back agent before they leave the house. <...

I find it exciting and impressive that Realtors are cutting edge when it comes to technology.

I'm all about paperless. LOVE dotloop!

However, it does depend on the client and what they are comfortable with. Some just like signing hard copies and I'm ok with that as well.

I enjoy working as a paperless agent. The two tools that I use that help a ton are Doc U Sign and Dropbox.
