Use an amendment to listing agreement, then extend the expiration date in the MLS.

You can let it expire then relist with the new expiration date. In addition, your DOM will reset.

Obtain a signed amendment with the seller prior to the expiration date to extend the date and change the closing date in matrix to reflect the new listing expiration date under edit my listings. Keep in mind that the DoM will continue. However, if you let it expire then relist with the new expiration date your DoM resets the counter.
