Steven! To learn and adapt great scripts to generate leads, there are several resources and places you can explore. Here are some suggestions: Books and Ebooks: Some popular titles include "The Ultimate Sales Letter" by Dan S. Kennedy, "Pitch Anything" by Oren Klaff, and "The Conversion Code" by Chris Smith. Online Sales and Marketing Blogs: Many sales and marketing experts share valuable scripts and tips on their blogs. Look for reputable blogs that focus on lead generation, sales, and communication techniques. Sales Training Courses: Consider enrolling in sales training courses, whether online or in-person. Some courses specifically cover scripting and lead generation strategies. This falls in line with coaching too! Thing Tom Ferry, Mike Ferry, Verl Workman, etc. Other than that, google, YouTube, and the like all have available learning tools for scripting! Feel free to reach out for some tools I utilize! codysellsproperty@gmail.com 346-412-6603

Script First I thought like Sales Speech and all. But It's depend on Person if sometimes Sellers ask some questions and if you don't have answer, Sellers feel like you don't know anything and can not put trust on you either.Like if you are new agent and ask you how many home you sold? or some realtor or red fin selling for 2 %, Why you can not Sell with discount?may be after some transaction they get Confidence also and no need script. Script is only answer right way for Buyers and Sellers. I really love Practice and keep remember all this Pros and Cons with any Realtor.P.M me or email. I am available most of times. and I have some scripts.

Your best script is your authentic self. If you need some practice, ask a friend or family member to listen to you, and approach them as you would a buyer or seller.

It will come with practice to you. Remember, do not push people or come off as if you are selling them anything. It is your number one priority to putting your clients first not your paycheck. Real Estate is not a "sales" position. It is a service you offer, specializing in real estate expertise.

If you are authentic and love what you do, it will come natural to you. If you follow a script, anyone who has more experience than you, will see and hear through the script.

I am totally against them. They make realtors sound like major high pressure salesmen and sometimes they even become robotic. You don’t need a script. A good realtor spends time becoming more educated, taking every class you can and learn to listen and answer questions openly and honestly. Every person is different and every response should be also.
