I sold a house, and want to send Post Cards to the neighborhood.
Where do I go to get the neighborhood names and addresses?

You can download the property owners and mailing addresses from Realist or Remine—you can also print mailing labels.
Realtors get a free minimum access subscription to Remine with our MLS membership. They have great customer service. You can call them and they will tell you how to print/download the labels.
Or if you are using a company to print the “just sold” post cards, they can pull the addresses for you as well.

Your title company and sometimes a mortgage company that wants yo retain your business will do it for you and pay the postage. It's pretty expensive to do on your own.

If you are a Realtor, go to Matrix. Select the addresses with the map tool and print address labels.

You can get that information by typing in the subdivision in Realist Tax under the public records tab.

The title company you used should help you with marketing and post cards. They can even pay for it and provide the addresses.

I have used Remine to get names and addresses of neighbors. It's a Third Party tool in HAR.com. Congratulations on your sale!
