I am a Licensed Broker with 20+ years of Real Estate and Finance experience.  Next to fishing, Real Estate has been a strong passion of mine since childhood.  I feel extremely fortunate to have a career I'm deeply passionate about. Over the years I have had the privilege to serve my community by helping my clients purchase and sale their homes.  I understand the importance of time and understanding upfront what a client is looking for.  I have advanced experience and training in FHA loans ,USDA loans, Conventional loans, VA Loans, Texas Land Board Loans, cash buyers.  I am certified and knowledgeable in down payment assistance programs such as TDHCA Down Payment, Rosebud, TSAHC, Homes for Texas Heroes Program, and City and County down payment programs. 
I have extensive contract and sales experience along with hands-on experience with abandonment and sale of commercial, private, and government-owned utility easements, Right-of-way, streets, alleys, and government-owned property.  I've worked with developers as a project manager to facilitate the construction process from start to finish. I've had the pleasure of helping first-time home buyers, re-sellers, and investors purchase and sell 100s of properties over the years.  One of my proudest moments was publishing a book to assist agents and other entrepreneurs in preparing for what's ahead after and before becoming licensed.
