We have a big family. 4 kids. Being in a house just seems like our best option. Problem is our lease is ending with our current rental and we will not be renewing as the owners would like to move back. I can't seem to find a 3/2 in our area under 1100 @ month with our credit. It's in the 570-580 range. Are there any agents willing to work with us?

My first question would be the same as many others... What area are you looking in? Some landlords are more concerned with no broken leases and a good criminal background. Let me know if you are still in need of assistance.

It is difficult with low credit scores, but I have found as long as you have not broken a lease and don't have a felony, a lot of landlords will work with you. The above suggestions are a great place to start. Best of luck to you and your family! I'm in the Northwest Houston (Spring/Woodlands) area if you need help.

The first thing I would ask is what area are you looking in? I work out of The Woodlands, however, I know a property manager that may have something in her inventory and manages properties all over the Houston area. If I can't help you, I may be able to refer you to an agent that can.

Please send me an email at scottfrnka@saidlikefranka.com or call me on my cell phone at 281-543-7321. I would be happy to help or at least get you pointed in the right direction.

Check with www.TerraResidential.com
They have a great website and can most likely find you a rental fast. Excellent information and application forms under the Tenants tab on their site. They even have their inventory on homes on their site under "available properties".

I wish you much success with your home finding.
