Richard Burgess has much experience with new home construction phase-by-phase inspections. He has done this for many of my past clients and they give him rave reviews! And he did the phase-by-phase inspections of MY personal residence recently, a new build in Cinco Ranch as well!

Check him out,

Great idea! Often all of the later problems can lead back to the pouring of the slab, framing, electrical and plumbing. I highly advise my new home buyers to hire an inspector from the beginning. I did this myself on a new home and we had to delay pouring of the slab due to rain washing out the moats for the cement in the foundation. My inspector was my advocate!
