Hi, while we may not be able to access the Dallas MLS without being a paying member, HAR does offer us "FIND." In order to help us have the ability to search properties across the state, they added this feature. 1. Go to Matrix. 2. Click on the tab along the top that says "Links." 3. On the left side of the page scroll down until you see "FIND." 4. Click the link for "FIND." 5. Type in the city you are searching in the Search box on the top left of the page. It will then auto-populate suggestions for suburbs for you to choose from, along with price range and other parameters. It is not a perfect system, but at least it allows you to see what is for sale.

your broker first has to be apart of the Dallas MLS then the agent can sign up to have access then.

If you are not an active Realtor in Dallas, you can access Dallas MLS as an consumer. To have the accessibility as an Realtor, your broker have to sign up for it (you can pay for your broker such fee if you like). You can represent buyer to buy house in Dallas with limited accessibility. Undoubtedly, you cannott list.
