Can anyone advise a new b how to market his first listing?

Question

I just listed my first listing after holding my license for a year, can any body I\'ve me a real-time idea how I an days this faster for my buyer. I know the house is priced right because I saw smaller number of bedroom being sold at a higher price than this. The owner just want to to sell it at this price so it can go fast.

Good job..
1.- Start with Posting your listing on HAR,Zillow,Homes,Google,Realtor,Facebook,Twitter,Instagram etc.. make sure you do provide Links on all your Profile Accounts..
2.- on your Listing if like you saying have a good buyer deal make sure to Post Area comparable\'s as potential buyers will see their $Savings
3.- Open House Make sure you Posted on all of the Above Accounts Make it "BIG NEWS"
4.- Open House Day.. make sure you have a "Potential Client Log In" were they can fill up all their information for you to follow up.
