I scheduled my first open house on 11/19/2017, in Katy Texas @ 24302 Beachwood, Katy tx 77493. Please help me sell this house. It's also my first listing. Now is my question. I. Red to know if there is a place to rent signs for "open house" and once done I'll return them since i do not have space for bunch of sign to keep in my house if I buy and use them just for 1 day or occasionally. Any other suggestion to make my open house a success is welcome.

Hey man, If you need to borrow some, give me a call, and I will let you borrow some for this weekend. I know how it goes when you are first starting off. Good Luck on the open house! :-)

Mohamed. My concern is what brokerage are you with. There should be a family atmosphere at your brokerage and if the broker does not have open house signs you can use them one of the more experienced agents in the office should allow you to use their open house signs. I would also recommend you ask the agent whose house you are holding open if they have signs you can use. If neither if those work, I have done open house signs you can use to advertise your open house but all of my signs have my company information on them.

Since it is so soon. They do sell basic directional red and white open house signs at Lowe’s. They come with the H bracket metal frames to hold up the sign. They cost $2.95. They also sell them at the HAR store. About $3.95-$10.95 depending on the type you get. Hope this helps!

I don't know of a place to rent signs, especially since Open house signs are relatively inexpensive. Have you asked your broker or another Realtor in your office if you can borrow some of their signs? The push back you may get is that open house signs sometimes get picked up by neighbors, HOAs or city workers, etc. If you are serious about building your real estate business, you are going to need to find a place for open house signs, for sale signs, banners, etc. This is just part of the business of real estate. Real Estate agents garages are full of these type of things. Once agents out grow their garages they rent storage units. I recommend investing in 15 or so open house signs. Holding open houses is one of the best ways to grow your business. You should be doing a minimum of 1 a week but I would suggest 2-3 a week. Good Luck!
