Previous year CMA for tax protest

Hey folks,

I'm looking to protest previous year taxes and can't find a way to toggle on properties only sold last year. Does anyone have ideas on how to best do this?

Hey Nathan, Great Question! When you are looking at an MLS matrix page, look to the left side and set the "sold" date range to 0-500 or any amount of days that you are trying to go back (you can also do a range); then click on quick CMA to see the Closed dates of the listings pulled up. I hope this helps!

Set the sold date range to 0-500 (150 days in 2024 as we are in May + 365 days in 2023); then click on quick CMA to see the Closed dates of the listings pulled up.
