How do I see a history of showings for a listing?

Hello Tyler. "Number" of showings... Do you mean physical Realtors showing the home? That would be confirmed ONLY by the listing agent via ShowingSmart, ShowingTime or appts set by the Seller's Realtor. Internet "viewings" can be seen in multiple ways. MarketInsight via HAR can show Internet traffic. ListHub can show other internet viewings and/or you can simply visit the main portals like Zillow, and Realtor.com. Good Question! There is no report that shows the buyer's agent who has visited a listing, but If you're a listing agent you will have access to see who viewed the property.

I believe this question requires a bit more information. Are you wanting to see how many showings a home you have listed has had? Or are you wondering how many showing a house someone else has listed has had? If it is your listing and you are trying to give your clients an update on how many showings they have had & you are using Showing Smart, you can setup a MarketInsight Report for your clients. From the HAR homepage search MarketInsight, & click on it. It should show you your listing and you can choose the parameters of the information it will send out on a weekly/monthly basis. If you are looking for how many showings someone else's listing has had, I am not sure there is a way, other than asking the listing agent. Usually I can tell how popular a listing is by how many days/times are blocked out when scheduling. But of course it only shows that if it was setup to not allow overlapping appointments.
