Have you tried looking outside HAR to see if they are listed someplace else? Try that.

Whoever set up your perimeters might have them to tight. For example if you are only searching in one neighborhood. We are about to hit our busy season so if you can hang on for about 3-4 weeks, there will be a lot more inventory.
