Also affordable may be subjective to the area you want or prefer to live in. Affordable can also be subjective to the size and amenities you want and need in the property. Affordable will be determined by the lender if you are making a purchase or the owner of the property if you want to lease. I have a neighborhood in mind. I have a few clients on 45 and 249 area that I have helped find townhomes that where built in the year 2000 to present. Give me a call, text, or email anytime of day. My lender calls me the townhome queen for a reason. ????
